| Status | Mixture in fridge, turbo pumping on IVC, Fridge at base temperature |
Decided Configuration: Cable 2/3/1 → diverter/nothing/nothing → DCRC50(3)/DCRC55(1)/DCRCX(4)
Refill LN2 on the cold trap 1
Tower(RoX)/Tower(U28)/MC(H35)/Coldplate = –/127/36/142 mK, Still(P1) = 1.1 K / 0.11 mbar / 0 mW, G1/G2 = 92/90 mbar, 1K Pot(P2) = 45° / 1.60 K / 14 mbar, MB = 69%
Turn off all DAQ programs to figure out if something is warmup the tower. Didnt see transitions in any of the working channels during IbIs measurements
Fridge temperature (H35) drop by 3 mK
Checking shorts which can warm up tower. Found pC and pD on Cable 1 and Cable 2 (no shorts on Cable 3 with the interposer board).
These shorts were not present during 77K electrical checks
Tower(RoX)/Tower(U28)/MC(H35)/Coldplate = –/130/36/154 mK, Still(P1) = 1.1 K / 0.11 mbar / 0 mW, G1/G2 = 92/90 mbar, 1K Pot(P2) = 45° / 1.60 K / 14 mbar, MB = 69%. While trying to read the Rox thermometer using multimeter, the tempeature of the fridge went up a little and drop back.
The old tower thermometer is reading high (127 mk) as compared to the MC (H35 = 35 mK). I checked that plugging only Cable 2 also donot show any phonon transtions. Both fact suggest that there is some thermal connection from the tower which is keeping it at higher temperature.
Tower RoX keeps reading 1.768 kohm which doesn't make sense as well.
