Previous Day

  • Lab in-personnel: Matt
Status Run 75 in progress
Setup Tower Faces 5/3/2 → Cables 2/1/3 → nothing/diverter_board/nothing → DCRC55(1)/DCRC50(3)/DCRCx(4)
Lead shield in place. Am Source y = 2.07 -2.02 mm
1540 Goldman = 50.0 mK. Adjust QET biases based on mini-IbIs trends versus temperature to target dP/dI = 1.0 uV on all channels.
QET biases = 243.3/316.5/276.8/181.1/161.9/163.3/217.8/0/207.7/149.2/257.8/190.9
Adjust driver offsets so all baselines are around -0.9 V
1545 Start 0V data series, 24 min long, with 1000 initial randoms, no in-run randoms, trigger on DCRC3pB threshold 5.
Start series with the Start Button.

Analysis: a +y move should move the source closer to pC and farther from pD on both sides. Isolating 14-18 keV and 60 keV lines and checking delay and partition between pC and pD on both sides: 20% risetime delay doesn't seem to be very sensitive, partition suggests that the source moved in the -y direction.

(pC-pD)/(pC+pD)
Side 1 Side 2
Data 13-14 keV 60 keV 13-14 keV 60 keV
Before move 0.39 0.39 0.21 0.16
After move 0.32 0.32 0.17 0.13

Note that this is not conclusive, because all channels may have shifted dP/dI between series - this could cause the partition shift instead of the source move. OTOH the same shift is seen on Side1 and Side2, totally independent channels.

1710 Goldman/Tower/MC(H35)/Coldplate = 49.8/127/37.9/209 mK, Still = 1.65±0.05 K / 0.120 mbar / 0 mW, G1/G2= 244/220 mbar, 1K Pot = 1.62 K / 18±1 mbar, MB = 60.5%.
Coldplate and Still thermometers are back in their high states
