| | Last week the stripline tube was installed, but it still seems to be getting scratched when inserted, so I removed it again and I'm working on the fridge baffles to try to prevent scratching. |

| 1250 | Use small files to file the inner surface of the fourth-from-bottom fridge baffle, then sand it with 180 then 1500 -grit sandpaper, then cover edge with Teflon tape. Same as was done on the first three baffles. |
| 1450 | Finish the same thing for the top baffle, last one. |
| 1540 | Did a test install of the stripline tube, only raising it up through the first baffle. Looks like there were some scratches. Took it back off, polished it again, put some grease on it, and raised it up to just below the top fridge flange. We'll look at it more closely tomorrow, and decide what to do then. |
