| 1420 | Attached tower stand ring to bottom of IVC, used scissor jack to raise tower stand as far as it can go, then attached threaded rods to the tower stand and raised the tower stand the rest of the way by hand, then moved the scissor jack out of the way, finally removed the screws securing the tower to the 20mK can. |
| 1500 | Moved scissor jack under tower stand, the jack doesn't go quite high enough so used a red power drill case to fill the gap. Loosen the bolts on the threaded rods on the tower stand about half an inch then lower the scissor jack, repeat this until the 600mK finger needs to be moved out of the way, then continue lowering the tower. When the 600mK rod is above the adapter plate, tighten the bolts then lower the scissor jack enough to remove the drill case and re-raise the scissor jack to support the tower stand, then continue lowering the tower. When the bolts reach the top of the threaded rods, remove the threaded rods, then bring the scissor jack is as low as it goes, detach the ring screwed to the IVC and lower it. Cover the tower with two bags to protect it then bring it into the clean room. |
