Previous Day

Setup: DIB 1/3/4 → 3.2 MHz filters 1/2/3 → cable 1/2/3 → gender changer 1/3/4 → DCRC55(1)/33(2)/X(4)
0859 Tower = 25.9 mK, Still = 0.055 mbar, G1/G2 = 145/139 mbar, 1K Pot = 1.69 K / 28 mbar. MB = 29.3%
0900 Fill LN2 cold trap full.
0920 Return Cf source to safe
1133 Begin LHe transfer @ MB = 24.9%
1219 Finish LHe transfer @ MB = 76.6% (emptied Dewar)
1400 Test fit 150mm extender plug design. Looks good!

1525 Inspect S1502 (150mm 5Q TAMU device)
As it is mounted the 5Q mask does not line up with the DIBS. It seems like the crystal was mounted upside down relative to the housing. However, because our side coax lengths limit the detector to 1st position, if we flipped the crystal, we would not be able to use the contact-free electrode on the bare face. The simplest solution is to rotate the crystal slightly to bond to the 4 channels nearest DIBs 1 and 2 and bond the 5th channel (first ring from the center) to a neighboring channel.
Bare face Instrumented face (red=pads, cyan=DIB charge channels)
1646 Fill LN2 cold trap full
1711 Start dont_you_dare_flash_and_take sequence of 12 60-minute data series with Frontend Gain = (15/2)/(4/4)/(5/5/5/5), OG = 4/2/4, QET biases = 2V setting from 2017/07/25, with 1000 beginning randoms, NO FLASHING, and a 15ADC bin threshold trigger on DCRC4pB (Side2pF). Charge biases are DCRC1/2 (Side2/1) = 2/-2 V.
