Run 62:

Status Tower removed from fridge. Mixture has been cryocleaned 3 times. Fridge is evacuated but should probably be pumped out again. 1K Pot needle valve is open, so now there will be air in the pot, should pump it out before cooling. Cryostat vacuum jacket has been pumped down to 190 ubar, maybe should be pumped out more before cooling.
1100 Lab = 24.2 C, 34% humidity.
To do: we still don't know why two phonon channels behaved as open circuits during the run. The tower checkout on Friday showed continuity at the detector between both pins of these channels and other phonon channels. The final thing to check is the SQUETs, to see if there is a break in continuity in the phonon lines there.

The above table indicates that (1) this SQUET has opposite bias-return labeling than the diagram, and (2) the input coil reads around 20 kΩ at room temperature (we never knew that before).

Run 63:

For the next run, we will need to check to see whether we have good charge channels. We should check the SQUETs and the side coaxes and the tower faces. Here's an example of a side coax checkout from 23 May 2016:

Side coax ZB-4-4
date: 2015-05-23 who: MF NM
+lead - lead signal typical measured

T12 T13 Qo Rfeedback 25 nS 26 nS

D12 T14 Qi Rbias 25 nS 27 nS
T15 T16 Qi Rfeedback 25 nS 26 nS
D12 T15 Qi C coupling <1 nS 36 nS

The above is an example of a blown Qinner coupling capacitor.

1610 Begin disassembling stack. We will try leaving the four external LED wires soldered to the side coax extender pins, since we'll be using these again.
1623 Place S101 in purge cabinet.
1627 Return tower base to purge cabinet. Return source/LED holder to purge cabinet with thermometer, external LED wires and extender plugs still connected.
