2016/01/30 (Saturday)

Previous Day

Setup: iZIP mode, DIB1/2/3 → cables → 3.2 MHz filters → DCRC55/33/50
Y-Be source on fridge over weekend.
1500 Anthony begins 30 test series at -4/+4V with an attempt at a trigger that rejects high-amplitude events. Most of these series are taken in rapid succession so there probably wasn't any flashing. Test-mode data continues until 22:45.
1950 Fill LN2 cold trap full. He bath level at 55.5%; let some gas out of main bath port to reduce pressure.
2317 Anthony starts 9 series of 30min Y-Be-test series at -4/+4V, presumably with FG=5/2/5, OG=3, 1000 initial randoms, 1000 ending randoms, and apparently 30s flash and 25 minute cooldown before series. Trigger settings are a test of high-energy rejection by using a highish threshold on DIB1qI as well as the low threshold on DIB1pA, then applying pileup rejection with a smallish time window.
