Agenda
- Operations
- Run 62 (HV#4, Si) status:
- Still only using two DCRCs, but Berkeley said they would send us one
- IbIs stability study
- Lead shield has been erected
- Calibration:
- Still not sure whether we see Am lines, compared with and without shield, with and without Ba - results unclear
- Maybe will need to borrow the Co source for more calibration tests
- Noise runs: long trace randoms at varied HV
- Future 6“ run (1”-thick 5Q device)
- Ge iZIP “pathfinder” - currently SLAC plans to send us this, test with old hardware (similar wiring issues with HV dets). Could be as early as end of March.
- Lab infrastructure
- Studying He recovery issues
- Need to clean up vuk1/vuk2 before they are retired. Need to ask Angie again when she will finish copying data. Final backup of some LIGO stuff and some of Anthony's stuff.
- Processing and Analysis
- Run 61, HV#2 (Ge) analysis:
- should continue to refine phonon collection efficiency estimate (original synopsis)
- continuing work on fitting and calibrating
- Nick studying position reconstruction
- G106a iZIPv6 data: reprocessing with NSOF, position and yield reconstruction
- Physics
- low-energy Comptons and n,gamma calibrations with external triggering
- Old/continuing items:
- DAQ and data pipe
- DAQ upgrade - should ask Bruno about new IbIs tool
- Data storage and backup:
- Need to copy all Run 60 and some Run 61 data to SLAC
- Autoprocessing and data organization development:
- currently autoprocessing suspended, no “official” processing for Runs 60, 61, 62
- clean up database - some info missing. Consider adding additional info
- Possible plan to modify DCRCs (resistor swap) so we can increase front-end gain, improve IbIs (suggestion from Bruno)
- Run 60, 6“ detector analysis - is there more work to do?
- IF (not likely) new DCRC RevC.2 arriving from Bruce in Denver then
- missing resistors on 3 QET channels, we've ordered some
