- Lab Update: Run 75 in progress
- Taking 2-sided 0V data. Configured processing and figured out how to do it independently of Condor
- noise width ~ 100 eV
- Base temperature ~ 48 mK according to new Goldman thermometer (this is likely pretty close)
- Base temperature has been getting worse. Maybe need to polish a lot of parts next time. Could have to do with leakage in the tower - we switched towers after iT4 broke
- Measured 3 critical temperatures, around 70-80 mK
- Doing mini-IbIs and adjusting QET biases to keep gain constant (1 mK variation in temperature changes gains by around 8%)
- Used the source mover. Weird temperature pattern
- Moved 2 mm in each direction - difficult to see change in data. From Run73 I thought 2 mm would be enough but position resolution seems worse (Si versus Ge, 0V versus HV)…
- Moved 10 mm - now the difference in data is clear
- After the 2nd move, one channel had strongly reduced amplitude. (Side2pD; pD is closest to source mover motor but motor is nearer Side2…). Heating detector above 1.2 K with LEDs and letting it cool again fixed this. (This was seen in Run71 with the iZIP but not in Run73 with the GeHV.)
