Data selection for first reprocessing

The first Run 68 reprocessing has been optimized for -125V data. All good -125V data is appropriate for reprocessing.

We will use the autoprocessing script. The structure chosen is to process the data to this location:

/data/chocula/k100/reprocessing/run068_1/

Within this parent directory are the required directories for processing: /midasraw, /midasrq, /midasfilterFiles and the corresponding subdirectories.

Sim links to raw data directories will be created in the /midasraw directory. These will be put in in batches for the autoprocessing - this is how we will manage prioritizing. The autoprocessing will process whatever data is in /midasraw. When we create more sim links the autoprocessing will continue with whatever new data is there.

To keep track of what data has been sim-linked I am modifying the proc column in the DataSeriesList spreadsheet. If that cell includes “a1” (for auto-processing round 1) it means it has been sim linked for automatic processing.

For the first batch I chose approximately 12 hours each from datasets “n125_PuBe_4”, “n125_bkg_2”, “n125_Na_2”.
