1140 1D source mover test
1210 Undo the source holder from last run to attach it to the 1D source holder. The source has more height than this source holder, how to let it in place?
1220 Connected the 4 wires of the 1D source mover motor coils to a breadboard using millmax pins(since the attached pins has a different pitch than the breadboard). Coil1 measures 7.45 kohm and Coil2 7.40 kohm at the breadboard
1235 Blue wire endstop 5.689 kohm and white blue wire endstop 22.45 kohm
1239 Measure resistances at the warm-side diverter board. Coil1 measures 7.59 kohm and Coil2 7.55 kohm at the warm-side diverter board
1253 At warm end diverter board, Blue wire endstop 5.75 kohm and white blue wire endstop 22.48 kohm
1300 Check that turning the potentiometer changes the overall resistances of the two coils. Anti-clockwise increase the resistance and vice-versa.
1400 Plug power in from GWiNSTEK supply and set to 7.1 V, light on red board comes on. Plug usb from fridge computer into arduino. Doubleclick Arduino_Create_Bridge_shortcut on desktop and open arduino web editor page. Used “sign in with google” and I guess it used my account, we're in. On Monitor tab type Help to remind myself of the commands.
1420 No movement. Now I see an error on the arduino.cc website stating that board and arduino is disconnected. It keeps fluctuating between connected and not connected. undo all wires and retried, same case.
1450 Worked on the twisted pair cables to make the connections as per the changed channel mapping
