Previous Day

  • Lab in-personnel: Matt, Nikki, Giovanna, Giulia
Status Run 75 in progress
Setup Tower Faces 5/3/2 → Cables 2/1/3 → nothing/diverter_board+extra_board/nothing → HVboard CONN1/2/3 → HV1/2 → DCRC55(1)/50(3)
Lead shield in place. Am Source y = 0.03 mm
1345 Goldman/Tower/MC(H35)/Coldplate = 41.1/71.6/34.0/182 mK, Still = 1.39 K / 0.110 mbar / 0 mW, G1/G2= 267/227 mbar, 1K Pot = 1.59 K / 11±1 mbar, MB = 33.4%
1408 Fill LN2 cold trap bath.
1525 Watching pulses, change HV on detector to 149.1 V. Definitely more jagged noise in the detector.
1525 Goldman = 41.1 mK. Set QET biases to target dP/dI=1.0 uV and adjust driver offsets so baselines ~ -0.9 V
1525 Use RootSequencer to step bias up to 150V over 30 seconds.
1529 Start +149.1 V data series, 32 min long, with 1000 initial randoms, no in-run randoms, trigger on DCRC3pC threshold 30.
Start series with the Start Button.
Note: Goldman fell to 40.9 during series and I didn't adjust the QET biases.
Note: the last couple of HV sequences were done without prebiasing. Should try the same thing with prebiasing, see if noise improves.
1605 After end of data sequence, use Root Sequencer to step HV down to 0V over 30 seconds.
1618 Begin LHe transfer @ MB = 30.0%
1654 End LHe transfer @ MB = 92.3%
