Previous Day

Status: Bath close to empty. Both LN traps at room temperature and pumped out. He exchange gas in IVC.
0900 MC (Cernox) = 19.7 K, Sorb = 34.4 K, 1K Pot = > 7 K, IVC > 1 bar
Not sure about the IVC pressure. The Pfeiffer gauge on the turbo stand reads >1e3 mbar. However, when I open the valve to the mechanical gauge at the He fill, it shows good vacuum, ~-30 inHg. That suggests less than 50 mbar for sure. MC is 4.4X warmer than yesterday suggesting IVC pressure should be 4.4×4.6 mbar = 20 mbar.
0910 Check bath fill port: there's still pressure. There must still be some LHe.
1520 MC (Cernox) = 60 K, Sorb = 109 K. IVC still shows low pressure on analogue gauge. Bath still has pressure.
1525 Open V1 to view LHe Cold Trap contents on G1. Pressure rises from 2 mbar to 160 mbar. Lots of air in the trap.
1615 MC (Cernox) = 65 K, Sorb = 118 K. G1 (LHe trap) = 164 mbar. Trap pressure increasing as fridge warms, of course.
1615 Close V1. We'll leave the released air in the G1 part of the GHS, then later open V1 again and get a room temperature reading.
