The rawio package is compiled and installed locally on /data/chocula/test_cdmsbats/pyRawIO directory. So to work with the package, we need to start jupyter inside this folder to have access to the package.

-Open a jupyter session in the directory of the pyrawio to access the package

  cd /data/chocula/test_cdmsbats/pyRawIO
  source ../setup.sh
  jupyter notebook --no-browser --port=8082
