An Oriel light source with a Xenon bulb is used to illminate a green WLS fiber (lot # 7744 T-1). Figure 1 shows the spectrum when fiber is directed to point into an Oriel 74000 monochromator, whose output is read with a calibrated Newport 818-ST2-UV APD. Figure 2 shows the same except with the fiber pointed away from the monochromator input. Wavelengths from 400 nm to 600 nm are scanned. Light from the lamp is blocked with a layer of aluminum foil.
