- Background subtraction method

- Histogram amplitudes for pulse
- Find maximum bin of histogram
- Fit gauss with range of (max-20, max+10) b/c max bin often to right and b/c goes further down bottom side of pulse
- Subtract mean of gauss fit from entire pulse
