Previous Day

Setup: DIB1/3/4 → 3.2 MHz filters → cables 1,2,3 → HV board inputs 1,3,2 → HV board outputs 1,2 → DCRC55(1)/50(3)
Took overnight data at HV=60 V.
1435 Tower/MC/Coldplate = 32.9/35.7/199 mK, Still = 1.06(!) K / 110 μbar, G1/G2 = 190/160 mbar, 1K Pot = 1.68 K / 24 mbar. MB = 58.7%. Boil off rate: a bit faster than slow mode.
1440 Fill LN2 cold trap bath.
1440 HV = 59.97 V, Vtest = 3.5 mV. So Vdetector = 58.4 V
1455 Finish microIbIs at 60V. All channels Vbias values are elevated compared to Dec 6 0V result, rangin from 29-67 mV elevation. “Breakdown noise” waveforms are apparent in all channels (less so in DCRC3pC). I wonder if it has gotten worse since yesterday - should look at noise PSDs during data taking.
1500 Dial HV down to 0 V
1515 Finish microIbIs at 0V. All Vbias values are lower than Dec6 0V, ranging 7-20 mV lower.
1515 Flash detector
1520 In ODB change DCRC1&3 trace lengths, ChargeWaveFormLength = 131072, PhononWaveFormLength = 65536 (for long-trace noise data).
1529 Start 60V HV long trace random data with 75V, 1min prebias and 26.2144ms trace length, x2 driver gain, 20Hz in-runrandoms with no starting/ending randoms. Start taking data, after 5 sec, begin increasing bias to 75 V over 90 seconds. After additional 1 minutes, reduce to operating bias of 60V. Take data for another 30 mins.
Tower started at 36 mK and decreased to 33 mK during series
1603 Stop data
1605 Dial HV down to zero and flash detector
1625 Dial HV up to 90V. Breakdown noise evident initially but it seems to go away after a minute. Will leave it prebiased for 5 minutes.
1630 Dial HV down to 75.0 V.
1635 HV = 75.0 V, Vtest = 6.6 V so Vdetector = 72.1 V
1635 Start a sequence of 16 1-hour series of 75V data with Frontend Gain = 5, OG = 2, DCRC3pB intentionally railed, with 1000 beginning randoms, with no flashing in between series, and a 15ADC bin threshold trigger on DCRC3 pD.
1635 Tower = 33.4 V
1725 Few noise pulses showing up now, try reducing the threshold a bit.
1725 Adjust DCRC3pD trigger threshold down to 12
1740 Main bath = 54.2%
2119 Notice DCRC3pC is railed low, adjust its ADCOffset from -.214 to -.514 V
2135 There seems to be a lag with copying data from /livedata to /byseries, so can't really check whether the channel is unrailed.
