| 1100 | IVC pressure not falling below 0.1 mbar, isolate turbo pump and commence pumping on IVC with scroll pump. Turbo pump has yet to start, and the pump is operating at roughly 60000 rpms and dropping. Open gas ballast to see if condition improves. |
