1205 Commence leak check with background leak rate of of 2.6E-9 mbar*l/s. Top flange showed slight increase/fluctuations with a maximum leak rate of 2.71E-9 mbar*l/s, though this is not considered significant or any indication of a leak. The stripline flange and both IVC flanges showed no change from the background. Overall, no indication of a leak was found.
1401 Fill LN2 Cold Trap Full.
Raised Dewar.
1600 IVC pressure 4E-5 mbar. Open line to leak checker and isolate turbo pump. Evacuate 1 K pot and leave open to overpressurise with helium gas. Background helium leak rate 2.6E-9 mbar l/s. Overpressurise main bath with He-4 gas. Helium leak rate rises to 1.7E-8 mbar l/s before falling again. There is a leak, but is appears to be similar to what plagued us the previous run, ie. a leak dependent on differential pressure. Probably best to proceed as it didn't affect the previous run.
1610 Added 1 mbar He exchange gas. Commence Nitrogen transfer.
1845 Nitrogen liquid level meter reads 1.34 kΩ. Cease nitrogen transfer; attach ping-pong ball.
2350 Mixing chamber temperature 77.3 K. Start pumping He-4 exchange gas out of IVC.
Attempted to start cryocleaning the mixture, but G2 rose to around 940 mbar. Shall investigate problem tomorrow.
