1210 Finished round of LHe and LN2 cold trap cleaning.
1515 Start pumping up to vent valve with leak checker. Leak rate settled to 1.2E-9 mbar*l/s. Open vent valve and close V2A and V5A and turn off He4 pump.
1540 Steady leak rate of 4.21E-7 mbar*l/s reached.
1640 Leak check with background rate of 4.2E-7 mbar*l/s performed. Results found a small gradual rise up to roughly 4.3E-7 mbar*l/s over the course of the test but no spikes or any other signs of a leak. Flanges leading from the He and N cold traps to the IGH were tested, including flanges on the all three cold traps, the pressure release valves of the N2 cold traps, the flange leading to the brass tube from the He cold trap, the flange leading from the condenser line speedivalve to the He cold trap, the in and out flanges to the cold traps and condenser line on the IGH and the dump in and dump out flanges on the IGH. No leak was detected.
1710 Close all valves on IGH. Insert nitrogen cold traps into reservoir. Open manual valves on dump. Start cryocleaning mixture through nitrogen cold trap 2.
1715 Fill N2 cold trap full.
1825 Begin LHe transfer (35.9%).
1905 End LHe transfer (91.0%).
2020 Interrupt cryocleaning and pump mixture into dump.
2050 Pressure in dump 693 mbar. Will require more cleaning. Pressures in G1 & P1 are 1 mbar & 8 μbar respectively. Open valve V1 on IGH, condenser line speedivalve and gate valve to recover mixture still trapped in fridge.
2115 Pressure in dump 708 mbar. Pressures in G1 & P1 are 1 mbar & 5 μbar respectively. Helium recovered from fridge. Open valve V12A on IGH just in case some mixture has leaked through in line between this valve and nitrogen cold trap 1 speedivalve.
2155 Pressure in dump 707 mbar. Pressures in G1 & P1 are 1.5 mbar & 5 μbar respectively.
Close condenser lines speedivalve and gate valve to isolate fridge. Close all valves on IGH. Remove nitrogen cold trap 2 from reservoir and open valves V11B, V7, V2A & V5A to open up line to He-4 pump. Start evacuating nitrogen cold trap 2 while it warms up.
Commence cryocleaning mixture through nitrogen cold trap 1.
2210 Fill N2 cold trap full.
