| 1620 | Cryopumped the mixture from the back of the He3 pump. Cryopumping stick then warmed/pressurized and opened to the dump. Small amount of mixture remaining in the line was then cryopumped again into the cryopumping stick where it has been stored. During this process the line behind the He3 pump was cryopumped until G2 read 0.00mbar. At 16:24 13B was closed, isolating this line from the cryopump. At this point G2 rose drastically (note this was likely due in part to the He3 pump still being on. G2 continued to increase until the cryopumping was completed and V13A was opened in order to pump on the lines. At that time (16:55) G2 was at 91.7mbar. This indicates that the leak is is somewhere inside this line, most likely behind the He3 pump. |
