	Today was a repeat of yesterday's charge breakdown tests for +/- bias (dib 1/2). The previous day (2013/01/16), a small hint of charge breakdown for +/- bias started to show around +/- 11 V, but this signature would disappear. For -/+ bias, on dibs 2 and 3 there was a hint of charge breakdown in A/D and B/C/D, respectively. Today the +/- bias tests were repeated, starting at 8 V, moving up in 1 V increments first, and then 0.5 V increments. +/- 12 V was reached with no clear sign of charge breakdown, even while pausing for some time to see if the signal would resurface. Due to lack of time, +/- 13 V was not tested again.
