1003 Pump out N2 exchange gas with scroll pump. Mixing chamber temperature: 79 K.
1008 Fed Cricket 4 pellets.
1025 Switch to turbo pump to evacuate exchange gas.
Filled LN2 cold trap.
1606 Isolate turbo from IVC and conduct background leak check: 1.4E-9 mbar l/s.
1617 Begin blow-out of LN2.
1703 Stop cryocleaning and pump mixture to dump.
1742 Electrical check @ 77K complete. Everything seems fine except for LED2 on Dib3, which was expected.
Most of the mixture seems to have been pumped into the dump because P1 ~ 0.014 mbar and G1 is < 1 mbar. However, G2 reads 715 mbar. Where did 12 mbar go? V12A is also open, so there shouldn't be any mixture hidden in cold trap 1.
1847 It seems like most of the LN2 is out. No gross leak detected, but the background is steadily increasing. Currently at 7E-9 mbar l/s. Pressure in G3 hasn't dropped significantly yet.
1902 Blowout seems complete. Will see if this is the case by evacuating main bath. Background rate 8.3E-9 mbar l/s.
1942 P2 < 0.04 mbar. LN2 is out. Had evacuated IVC for 20-30 minutes. Will get a new background leak rate before flushing main bath with He gas and doing throughput test.
1945 Background is still 1.1E-8 mbar l/s.
1952 Filled main bath with He gas. Background rate: 1.1E-8 mbar l/s. No gross leaks detected.
2010 First throughput test yielded: 65 mbar/ min. No gross leaks detected.
2022 Second throughput test: 75 mbar/ min.
2022 Third throughput test: 85 mbar/ min. No gross leak detected.
2052 Pump mixture to dump. Start evacuating IVC again.
2113 Fed Cricket 4 pellets.
Filled LN2 cold trap.
2115 G1 < 0.7 mbar. P1 ~ 0.013 mbar. G2 ~ 714 mbar. The gate, condenser line, and the cold traps are all being pumped on to get mixture to the dump. Still confused. Pressure in G2 should be about 727 mbar.
