0120 Attempted to start data acquisition, but phonon pulses show signs of trapped flux. Start zapping SQUIDs.
A filter file for the last two data series taken at -/+3 V (07121104_0334 & 07121104_0425) cannot be created due Side 2's noisy baseline. We know that charge breakdown is witnessed at these biases. Although there are two good data series, it may be worth trying to retake the data.
0315 Start data acquistion, triggering on charge channels with 0.1 ms trigger delay and 0.4096 ms trace length. OR charge trigger threshold 40 ADC bins for all charge channels, and coincidence time set to 10 μs. Flash for one hour, followed by cool down for 2 hours. Then take four 30-minute data series each at +/-4 V & -/+4 V biases. Flash all LEDs for 6 seconds between data series with usual settings, and wait 20 minutes for cryostat to cool. Finish with a 20 minute flash and 2-hour cool down.
Pulses still look bad. Not sure why zapping does not seem to have had an effect. Base temperature did rise during zapping, and SQUID settings were reset. Perhaps the problem has little to do with trapped flux. Trigger rate is around 4 Hz, but may be artificially high due to a small electric field mistakenly applied across the crystal during zapping. This should have no effect on zapping though, and the hour-long flash should me more than enough to neutralise the crystal. Carry on taking data regardless as we are triggering on the charge channels, so it will probably be fine.
0330 Take advantage of detector flash to fill N2 cold trap full.

1115 Fill LN2 cold trap (not taking data at the time).
