General Information
At UMN, the odb information about each run is saved in the livedata directory which can be retrieved when needed. This information is not available in the cdmsbats processed datasets (root files). Goto to the folder,
/data/chocula/k100/midasraw/livedata/
and look for the particular run number.
Data duplication issue
I have selected a particular dataset from Run 76 and opened in BatViewer to identify the run number associated with that dataset.
Output from BatViewer:
The file is: /data/chocula/k100/midasraw/byseries/07221027_0959/07221027_0959_F0001.mid.gz Opened raw file: /data/chocula/k100/midasraw/byseries/07221027_0959/07221027_0959_F0001.mid.gz RawDataReader::ReadFileHeader: Reading a MIDAS file! Event start: event id: 0x8000 trigger mask: 0x494d serial number: 47907 time stamp: 1666882780, Thu Oct 27 09:59:40 2022 data size: 2442339 Begin of run 47907
My ODB file settings to look for is 47907.
Lets compare it with a file from Run 79.
