Neutralisation Loss During 6-Hour Ba-133 Data Series

Data Collected in the Last Run

07110605_1721

Information about run

Am-241 & Ba-133

-2.5 V DIB1; +2.5 V DIB2; charge and phonons, trigger on 8 phonon channels at 18ADC bins.
Trace length 3.2768 ms (8192 samples), lookback time 400 μs; ozip format.

Additionally, no flashing was done during this six hour run.

Cuts Used

QiCut=inrange(QIOFvolts(401,0)./(QIOFvolts(401,0)+QOOFvolts(401,0),.8,1.2&inrange(QIOFvolts(402,0)./(QIOFvolts(402,0)+QOOFvolts(402,0),.8,1.2)

chiSqCut = QSOFchisq(401,0)<(2.5e8*(QIOFvolts(401,0)+QOOFvolts(401,0)).^2+18000)&QSOFchisq(402,0)<(2.5e8*(QIOFvolts(402,0)+QOOFvolts(402,0)).^2+18000)

Findings

It seems that our detectors are maintaining yield much longer than those at UC-Berkeley as it remained constant for approximately 3 hours. It is important to note that as the percent of yield stays constant for the first three hours, the percent of events passing the chi squared cut decreases immediately.
