Ground on Detector chassis (taken as stripline IO cable DSUB shell) is shorted (R = 0.4 ohm) to cryostat ground (taken as thermometry ground line, DSUB shell)
Starting heater tab on Lakeshore to add power to Still heater shows a sharp/instantaneous increase in tower and MC temperature.

blue is tower thermometer, red is MC
P1 (on Still) maxes out and G1/G2 goes up from 200 mbar to 400 mbar. This shows heat added to Still as soon as we connect the line.

Removing Cable 3 from the RevE board.

To do:
Measure noise when the temp is increasing right after connecting DCRC
Remeasure IbIs from high to low
Try RevC DCRC to see if temp is increasing.
Figure out why RpRn not working when test signal is fed into QET line.
