Installed 100 mK and 4K shields.
SQUETS ZC 70+interposer and ZC-13 installed. Both shows 65 nS electrical conductance to chassis.
ZC 31 shows a 6-8 Mohm resistance/ short to chassis which doesn't go away. The tower itself shows that short briefly before coming down to 65 nS/15 Mohm resistance to chassis.
Changing SQUETs didn't change anything. Short is showing up in the phonon lines and not on the SQUIDS/Feedback lines.
Connected ZC31, removed ZC70, 8 Mohm → 11 Mohm, removed ZC13, 11 Mohm → 15 Mohm at BOB
