Removed LED1 pin out of dib1, but led2 short to chassis still exist.

Visual inspection of led2 doesnt reveal anything noteable.
Cannot replicate the other phonon lines short to chassis at the bench.
Installed tower in the fridge again to see if we still see the short to chassis on other phonon lines.
Short to chassis still exist when checked at the breakout box. But I cannot see that while looking at the tower pins directly.
Suspecting stripline or SQUET issue, switched to another stripline and it vanished.
Reconnected to old stripline and it went away as well. Not sure what changed.
We will continue installing the stages.
Pump room power failure:
The power supply box connecting to He3 and He4 pump is not responding.
Bill visited briefly to discuss the issue and we both think it is some fuse blown out due to other electrical issues.
I got the diagrams ready and we will look into it today.
Radiation Safety Audit next week.
