No electrical issues seen at room temperature or 77K.
LHe transfer over weekend. Started 1K pot and started circulation.
MC reached 4.45K, Still at 6K when we started pumping out 1K pot.
Tower lowest temp 190mK, Still and 1K both stuck at 1.96K.
IVC leak rate in 10e-4 mbarL/s. Stopped circulation and 1K pot pumping.
Suspected leak rate source: outgassing.
Suspected high Still temp: Still heater lines.
Removed connections to Still heater lines caused sharp fall in Still temp (25K to 20K) in a few minutes.
Pumping IVC overnight. Still: 5.3K, 1K pot: 6.4K, MC:5K this morning.
