Turbo pump gauge and connections completed. Holding pressure under 1e-3 mbar for more than 10 minutes.
Replaced o-rings on 1K needle valve. Leak signal still present, similar leak rate.
Suspecting multiple areas of leak. Possibility: 1K speedivalve, 1k relief valve, 1k needle valve.
Baggged all three valves separately and sprayed He to figure out which one is the most leaky.
Relief valve shows leak rate 10^-4 mbarL/s with bg: 10^-8 mbar L/s, the highest.

Other valves leaky but not much.

Need to replace relief valve. Needs epoxy atleast. Mike helped me find one 20 psi setpoint relief valve but not sure if it will fit the threads till we donot undo the one one first.
