  • Lab Update - Run 76 in progress
    • Some tests before warmup:
      • Try swapping to Side1-readout (Side2-bias).
        • Could apply ~ -100V without excess leakage, somewhat higher than the other side. But excess leakage seen when I tried -120V. Pattern is somewhat different
        • Could only get traces in two Side1 channels, others could not be unrailed. SQUID problems? Couldn't test SQUID response because the SQUID tuning tool isn't working in the new MIDAS installation (and I couldn't figure out how to do it “manually” through the ODB)
          • were some SQUIDs connected to Side1 channels damaged in the HV spike earlier in the run?
      • Tried leaking helium gas into bag around stripline elbow, only for a few hours because it used up to much of the cylinder
        • no change at all in the timing of He-film symptoms
    • Plan to skip today's LHe transfer and start warmup
    • Will do electrical checks at breakout box to look for new problems
    • can also try leak checker on IVC
    • can begin disassembling NaI array and shield whenever, but should talk with Anthony first to see if there are more NaI array measurements we should take.
