- Lab Update - Run 76 in progress
- Currently have been trying 5K pumpouts (warm to >5K, pump out IVC overnight, cool back to base). Have gotten good detector performance for a day or two, then helium film problem returns
- First pumpout (Aug 19): 4.6 ubar removed from IVC. Channels were OK for 1 day. The next day they seemed stuck in normal state, and the day after that they needed high biases or were stuck in s/c
- Second pumpout (Aug 24): 0.25 ubar removed from IVC. Channels were OK for 2 days. Next day they were stuck in normal state.
- Third pumpout (Aug 28): 0.10 ubar removed from IVC.
- New problem with HV current leakage: highest negative bias is -84 V. Details: HV = -93.0 V, Vtest = -19.3 mV, Ileak = -21.3 uA, Vdet = -84.4 V (91%). This was the highest setting such that the bias on the detector was at least 90% of the applied bias.
