Added 4He to mixture. Couldn’t cool below 4K. Partial warmup to 12K to pump helium out of IVC.

Got colder with the added mixture and the circulation pressures are lower. Temperature is more stable but still a little sensitive, maybe more to do with helium in IVC than with mixture.

Boiloff was faster than usual because I didn’t pump out vacuum jacket enough after partial warmup, but we fixed that.
