G106a iZIP 100mm analysis plans

We've been working with G106a for quite some time now, it is a 100mm 12-phonon-channel iZIP. Only recently has the lab team gotten great noise performance and the ability to separate neutrons. Because of this there are several good analyses we can do:

1. surface-source background rejection
2. photoneutron energy scale
3. MISS event quantification

There are generic things we have to do for all analyses and also things that are specifically important to the named analyses. We want to track these tasks a bit.

generic

We always need to see if our phonon or charge channels are behaving correctly. This section is related to that.

task description priority status
good-data list remove all series that aren't worth it
unique triggers remove multiple triggers
k100 Monte Carlo get k100 Geant4 MC running locally
NSOF get NSOF running in reasonable time
charge calibrationcalibrate the charge and reprocess BatCalib
phonon calibrationcalibrate the phonons and reprocess with BatCalib
charge fiducialization clean up events by taking bulk events
neutralization remove periods of bad neutralization
trigger threshold determination of trigger threshold
yield bands yield bands with NSOF or ptOF output
charge quality charge quality event selection
phonon quality phonon quality event selection
