K100 data analysis

Read raw traces and filter files in CAP

There are mexfunctions in CAP to read the raw traces and filter file information. To use them

  1. Go to cdmstools directory and update the content of mex_code by executing the command cvs up -d
  2. Start matlab and go the directory cdmstools/mex_code/BatTools then run makeBatTools
  3. If the compiling went without problems, add cdmstools/mex_code/BatTools to matlab path.
  4. The functions getRawData and getFilterData are ready to use. Use help to find more info
